I have long planned to write down and share my thoughts when I listen to all kinds of music.
One of the genres I want to share particularly is Cantopop. I want to revisit Cantopop from the start to now, going through albums after albums, singers after singers. I want to write and share about this important component of Cantonese culture. I hope the articles can both document my journey of discovering and connecting with Cantonese heritage that is almost lost, and promote and pass Cantonese culture down future generations to come.
